Capability In House
Carbon Rotating Collar
- Machining, Turning, Grinding and Lapping of Thrust Pads.
- Grooving and Grinding of Bushes.
- Resin Impregnation.
Cast Iron
- Own Match plates and Patterns as per our drawings.
- Material sourced from leading foundries having full testing equipment with Spectrometer.
- Production items cast in Green Sand by High Pressure Molding (HPM) process.
- Machining on CNC Lathes/VMC.
- Keyway -Single stroke pull type using neat oil.
SS COUNTERFACE
- Own Dies made with our Proprietary Design.
- Material sourced from standard well equipped Foundries of Investment Casting (Lost Wax).
- Machining, Grinding ,De-burring, Lapping, Polishing, Sorting and Packing done.
Impregnation Unit (Group Company)
- Resin impregnation is done on Sintered Carbon Thrust Pads and Bushes.
- Increases density, strength, hardness and reduces in porosity.
- Homogeneity is further improved.
- Done under tightly controlled parameters.
Foundry (Group Company)
- Grade CIFG 260, close grained with high Pearlitic microstructure.
- Premium grade additives and inoculants used.
- Small production items cast in Shell Core Moulding process, 100 grams/piece onwards.
- Spectrometer and Digital Hardness Tester.
