- Use of Internationally approved Carbon, Cast Iron and Stainless Steel Grades.
- All Raw materials sourced directly from manufacturers and Material Properties TC compulsory with every lot.
- In House Material Testing Lab.
- State of Art Equipment : Ace Designers and LMW CNC Lathes, BFW VMCs, Speedfam/Lapmaster Lapping and Polishing machines, etc.
How we maintain “Quality Always”
- 100% inspection of critical dimensions like Bore, Facial runout.
- All Machining is done in-house to ensure quality products.
- To control quality, measurements are carried out at every stage of production by qualified person.
- 100 % final inspection is carried out by the inspection department for critical dimensional parameters and other parameters specified in customer drawing.
- Inspection Report is sent with every dispatch.
